LUI BLIND WELFARE organization located in kailash Vihar, New Delhi, was established on the 7th of october 2010.Our Blind Charitable organization is a dedicated to provide difference in the education, technical training, independency and quality of life for blind and vision impairment students in Delhi. Lui Blind Welfare Home foundation fulfills its mission through funding grants, awarding scholarships, providing access to assistive technology, and other supportive endeavors. When you support the Blind Charitable Foundation, you help blind and visually impaired students of all ages access the information they need to gain confidence and continue pursuing their educational goals and life dreams. His vision took shape and now stands as Lui Blind Welfare Education & Training Center that has been helping many in Delhi by teaching blind people to quality future and happy. The Lui Blind Welfare Home’s Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment attempts to provide "a standardized, objective approach to evaluating medical impairments for blind students and peoples.
